The original 14^th-century stone walls are exposed and present throughout the hotel, displaying the building’s historic roots. The elegant marigold yellow edifice in which Exmo is housed was previously a noble prince’s residence as well as a former customs house in Porto. There’s a historic gallery downstairs where guests can see the inscriptions by the original stonemasons in old Portuguese. The gallery also features a chic library where guests can lounge in and also watch football matches on game days.
