Perched above the Marrakech medina, KABANA Rooftop Food & Cocktails combines tropical-inspired décor, creative mixology, Mediterranean cuisine and an energetic music scene for one of the city’s most vibrant rooftop experiences.

Situated near the entrance to the historic medina, KABANA Rooftop offers a contemporary escape above the bustling streets, with an open-air terrace overlooking the iconic Koutoubia Mosque.

Designed as a tropical hanging garden, the space features lush greenery, swaying palm trees, rattan furniture, jungle-inspired fabrics and brightly colored banquettes that bring a playful, resort-like atmosphere to the rooftop.

The atmosphere evolves throughout the day, beginning with leisurely brunches and sunset drinks before becoming increasingly animated after dark. Curated DJ sets and live music add to the cosmopolitan energy, attracting a fashionable mix of international visitors and Marrakech residents.

Cocktails are a central part of the KABANA experience, with mixologist Grégoire overseeing a creative drinks program built around bold flavors, Moroccan artisanal products and contemporary mixology. The culinary offering is equally eclectic, bringing together Mediterranean flavors with Latin influences under Ibiza-born chef Luisma Naranjo. Popular dishes include truffle and Parmesan fries, pil-pil shrimp and crispy feta and honey cigars.
