The most striking framework of the hotel is the remarkable architecture, designed by 3XN Architects – a Danish practice headquartered in Copenhagen. Two astounding towers at 76.5 meters in height, combined with an inclination of 15° tilting towards opposite sides. Due to the hotel’s close distance to Copenhagen Airport, a restriction on the buildings’ height was put in place.

“The original idea was not only to create a hotel, but a landmark. Both towers are leaning in opposite angles, which provides us various types of rooms to offer our guests,” Jesper Olesen, General Manager of AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen, explained.

The property was originally conceived to accommodate business travelers arriving at Bella Convention and Congress Center – Scandinavia’s second largest convention center, located in the Ørestad district of Denmark’s capital city.
