ATV Rides In Forest Lakes, Arizona

I have a confession.

Let’s talk about what an ATV can do. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been an adrenaline junkie. It can be almost anything. Diving off of waterfalls in Hawaii and piers in Santa Barbara, sailing a tiny boat in high winds of the turbulent waters in San Francisco Bay, skiing through trees down a black diamond slope during a blizzard, roller-coasters at Six Flags, pulling in the throttle just a little more, water spraying my face, jet-skiing in Cabo, pushing 95 on the freeway, and bungee-jumping in the San Bernardino Mountains.

Anything that makes my heart beat in my ears and gives me that nervous, excited turning feeling in my stomach. That feeling of: I’m on the edge of rationality and insanity, and this might be the time I go over the edge. I love it. And once that first drop of adrenaline hits my bloodstream, I just can’t get enough.

Riding an ATV in Forest Lakes, Arizona is one of those adventures that satisfies my need for speed, excitement and a taste of danger. Flying down narrow dirt paths through trees and mud and skidding around tight corners with the hot, Arizona mountain air whipping past my face is the perfect, high intensity activity to pump-up my heart rate and allows me to experience the delightful sensation of vivid recklessness.

The next time you feel like your day-to-day has gotten too routine, or you’ve fallen into a dull rut in any area of your existence, head to the mountains and go ATV-ing. It is the perfect adventure to electrify your senses, elevate your awareness and remind you how thrilling it is just to be alive.
