Based in Los Angeles, Lagoa Swimwear is a collection of swimsuits created by founder Lauren Elizabeth, who came up with the idea of Pocketkinis when she was living in Brazil where she was nervous to leave her keys, money, and valuables unattended on the beach. Lauren searched everywhere for a swimsuit that would allow her to carry her valuables while in the water and surprisingly, she came up empty handed. She knew that she could not be the only person who had this problem and decided to come up with a solution. Lagoa gets its name from some of the most beautiful lagoas (lagoons) in Brazil.
The latest collection is inspired by mixing pastels with classic neutral colors and subdued prints.
