San Sebastían is a romantic dream which elicits swoons and fantasies, a place perfectly suited to be your honeymoon spot, and this is coming from a very cynical single gal who tries to avoid anything having to do with romance.
For those who love the beach meets metropolitan vibe, this seaside city is perfect for wining and dining, strolling along the shore and being surrounded by bright, elegant architecture on all sides. Also known as Donostia, located on the Cantabrian coast in northern Basque country, this city is home to where Spanish monarchs come to play, the San Sebastían International Film Festival and world renowned gastronomy.
Here are some personal photos I took during the weekend I went gallivanting through this beautiful, sweet coastal town. I hope these views make you giddy and sweep you away just like they did when I was walking through them.
