Hart Bageri: Taste The Famous Cardamom Croissant

For that dreamy crunch of cardamom.

It’s difficult not to find cardamon in Copenhagen. The ginger-family spice was originally introduced by the Vikings, then integrated into Scandinavian cuisine, especially in its world-famous baked goods.

At Hart Bageri, the mouthwatering cardamon croissant is baked then dipped in cinnamon sugar and brown Danish butter. The exterior texture is crispy, delectably juxtaposes the soft and tender interior. Delightful flavors, not overtly sweet. The ideal blend of a French croissant and a Danish cinnamon bun.
