Thanks to Kate Hudson having the time of her life in Greece, we’re now planning a dream vacay to Skiathos.

Along with her friends, the trip also includes Hudson’s mother Goldie Hawn, Muse’s Matt Bellamy and her two children: Ryder and Bingham.

Part of the film Mama Mia was shot in Skiathos, which increased the small island’s tourism industry. The island carries a profound history and played a minor role during the Persian War.

Hudon’s clan has been indulging in the Troulos Beach’s  80-degree weather. Troulos is one of the most family-friendly beaches on Skiathos. For travelers who love to swim, it’s possible to swim out to the islet. There is also a water sports school located on the beach and travelers can opt to hire a motorboat.

Summer vacation started early for the Almost Famous star, who is having fun in the sand, kayaking on the waves. Hudson also spent time being a wanderlust, strolling through beautiful streets and shopping in local boutiques.

Two weeks ago, the actress was close to missing her plane at an airport while running into American fashion designer Michael Kors. Fortunately, they made the flight and recorded the near mishap on Instagram:
