One of the best places to discover local delicacies, flavors, produce is typically in a food hall. In Malmö, that would be at Malmö Saluhall. Quite international options, the market is hubbed inside a refurbished 1800 warehouse. 

The entrance is freshly adorned with flower stands displaying colorful bunches – a warm welcome to an industrial interior bustling with Japanese ramen, Italian flair, an array of milky cheeses, sizzling burger stands…and so much more.

Try the sweetly flavorful shrimp sandwich, or Räksmörgås, a classic Swedish dish featuring with two slices of white bread (sometimes it’s rye) and hard boiled eggs sliced in half.

Paired with a locally brewed Hyllie Bryggeri IPA, life was very very good!
