Don’t Worry Darling filming (and filming breaks) in L.A.
One of the Internet’s most anticipated films, Don’t Worry Darling, has begun filming in Los Angeles. Stars like Florence Pugh and Harry Styles were spotted on set with their masks on, along with other actors, including: Gemma Chan, Chris Pine and Kiki Layne have joined the film.
Right now, they’ve taken a temporary break due to someone on set testing positive for COVID-19, but filming will be up and running again soon. The cast, including director Olivia Wilde, has been seen hanging out and supporting other members of the cast and crew through Instagram.
BTS Concert in Seoul
In South Korea’s capital, BTS is planning to return to live events with a scheduled headline on New Year’s Eve! The show was announced this week by Big Hit Entertainment and will be the band’s first performance with a live audience since the beginning of lockdown. Other acts, such as: Tomorrow x Together and GFriend, are also set to perform.
In addition to this announcement, The Wall Street Journal recognized the South Korean band at its annual Innovator Awards for the band’s success in music. The K-pop industry is definitely showing fans its best effort even during the pandemic.
Princess Diana-themed hotel service in Chicago
Ever wanted to live like royalty? In Chicago, the Drake Hotel has a new package deal that allows visitors to live out the same experience Princess Diana had at the hotel back in 1996 when she visited Chicago. The Crowning a Lady package provides a stay in the Princess Diana Suite, as well as the items she asked for while she stayed at the hotel. This includes mineral water and a stationary bike, along with one of her favorites: forget-me-not flowers.
Guests will also indulge in the same three-course meal that the Princess of Wales experienced, along with the signature afternoon tea service at the Palm Court. From now until December 15th, guests can enjoy the package for a minimum of two-nights, beginning at a price of $32,000.
Dua Lipa’s Concert From London to Worldwide
Back in London after months in Los Angeles, singer Dua Lipa is promoting her upcoming concert on November 27. While she’s back in her home in the UK, and advertisements have been blasted all over London, Lipa is looking forward to her virtual show for fans across the globe.
The concert, called “Studio 2054,” is intended to be a one-of-a-kind, interstellar experience, described as a journey through space and time, encompassing global club culture over the decades. Fans from various places, from South America to Asia, can purchase tickets here.
