Ahh yes, on the Upper East Side no one wants to hear “maybe” as an answer to their question. Welcome back to New York! The main plot of this episode is Julien trying to win back Obie and steer him away from Zoya.

THE NEW YORK ACADEMY OF MEDICINE
On the Upper East Side, the teachers are the ones that dread Parent-Teacher night whilst the students live it up across town. The library of the New York Academy of Medicine was used as the Constance Billard school library. Located on Fifth Avenue, The New York Academy of Medicine is right next door to Central Park. This library served as the backdrop for Ms. Keller’s first meeting with Zoya’s dad. This was also shortly after she posted this photo below of his daughter clearly disobeying her Mr. Lott’s grounding orders and meeting a certain curly-haired boy.

NORTH MEADOW BUTTERFLY GARDENS
But while walking through Central Park is a marvelous way to spend your afternoon, you also have the opportunity to check out the North Meadow Butterfly Gardens. Home to over 50 different species of butterflies, it is a wonderful stop for a photoshoot when everything is in bloom or a family outing in the city.
KINGS COUNTY DISTILLERY
The Kings County Distillery is located in 299 Sands Street in Brooklyn. While the parents were meeting the teachers, the students were having a fabulous time drinking the night away. Well, most of the students seeing as Obie was doing everything he could to avoid Julien. The only person Obie wanted to see was Zoya on the Upper West Side, which caught the attention from more than just Gossip Girl.

BROOKLYN NAVY YARD
Did you know that the Brooklyn Navy Yard hosts art exhibits? Well they do! In efforts to uplift members economically during the pandemic, they created an art program to be a creative space for artists to make installations specific to the navy yard. If this doesn’t embody innovation in the time of the virus, nothing ever will!
GREAT JONES SPA
Located on 29 Great Jones Street is the Great Jones Spa. This is where Max Wolfe was on the prowl for a certain Classics teacher that refused to engage in some naughty activities with him. Following said teacher to an all-male bath house, with the company of Aki, lead to some compromising positions.

MERCHANT’S HOUSE MUSEUM
About a block away is a great Halloween destination or for anyone looking for a little paranormal activity. TimeOut called the Merchant’s House Museum the for a reason. Between the Irish servant quarters to the last living resident, there have been strange sightings, smells and sounds reported in that house.
MANHATTA
Ahh the Upper East Siders, always dressed up and always somewhere to be. This somewhere is an elegant fundraiser for school supplies for under-funded schools, courtesy of the elite well-funded school that Constance Billard is. A night filled with jaw-dropping drama including a few outbursts from the parents, with a stunning view of a lit Manhattan skyline. Unfortunately for us, the Manhatta is temporarily closed due to health concerns, but it is located on 28 Liberty Street on the 60th floor.

4 WORLD TRADE CENTER
A couple blocks away stands the 4 World Trade Center. The 69th floor is said to be quite a sight to see. 50 street artists were invited to spread their creativity up and down the floor. Visitors are able to explore the space, so there are a lot of photo opportunities as well.
APPLE ART SUPPLIES STORE
Located on 321 Dekalb Ave in Brooklyn, it is right next door to the Pratt Institute. Believe it or not, this was Obie and Zoya’s idea for a first date, helping others in need of school supplies. This was also Julien’s way of busting Zoya for sneaking out of the fundraiser when her dad wasn’t looking. Everyone ended up with “egg on their face” after this fallout.

PRATT INSTITUTE SCULPTURE PARK
While art supplies are used to create masterpieces, you can also view other works of art in the Pratt Institute Sculpture Park. Yet another Instagram-able place with over 70 different sculptures to inspire. You can even download a brochure to pre-plan your visit or just your poses.
