Dinner with a view is an understatement.

The STRAT Hotel, Casino and Skypod is a renowned fixture of Las Vegas, Nevada, and for good reason. Situated at the end of the famed Las Vegas strip, the Strat tower stands at 1,149 feet, the tallest structure in Las Vegas, and 5th tallest in the United States in its entirety. With panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, it’s no wonder that this 5-star hotel and casino offers some of the best dining you can find on your next Vegas expedition – and the views can’t be beat.

Why Make a Reservation at Top of the World?

Top of the World is the Strat’s award-winning restaurant, situated 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip. Located at the height of the Strat, Top of the World is within the Skypod, where travelers in search of the best Vegas views can visit the observation deck, strap in for one of the Strat’s gravity-defying thrill rides, or participate in the adrenaline-pumping SkyJump challenge (hope you’re not afraid of heights!) The Top of the World itself rotates 360 degrees every 80 minutes, to provide restaurant patrons with a full panoramic view of Vegas as they dine – these rotating tables are situated at the outer ring of the restaurant, where the floor to ceiling windows of the Skypod ensure that every seat comes with a stunning view.

What’s on the Menu?

With an extensive cocktail and dinner menu, Top of the World offers everything fine dining, from seafood to spirits. Executive chef Jeff Giffen has tailored the menu to an upscale diner’s delight – and what pairs better with fine wine than spectacular sunset views? The Top of the World staff are second to none, warm, hospitable and ready to meet your every need for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. The menu is vegetarian and vegan friendly, if prime-cut steaks aren’t your thing, and the dessert menu is as decadent as the experience itself. Some of the most popular dishes are the prime tomahawk chop, the stuffed poblanos, and the roasted lobster tail. Drinks wise, the espresso martini is top of the line. You can’t go wrong with the Top of the World’s signature cocktails.

Know Before You Go!

The Top of the World features a uniquely old-school ambiance, with soft and cozy lighting and a rich blue and burgundy color scheme. Its location in the Skypod ensures that there are no undesirable tables – though we’d recommend making your reservation well in advance to snag one of the rotating outer ring accommodations. The restaurant has an upscale dress code – no gym attire, loungewear, or the like. Make sure to pack your favorite cocktail dress, or a suit jacket! You’ll check in for your reservation twice; once on the ground floor, and again in the Skypod. The elevator attendants are warm and friendly, and they’ll guide you up to the 106th floor of the Strat, and you’ll make your way through security to the restaurant itself. Once you’ve finished dinner, don’t forget to head up to the observatory deck to cap off the night…it’s free for restaurant patrons, and a Las Vegas can’t-miss!
