So incredible that I went back everyday I was there.

I was just in Italy for the second time this past week.  While I was there, I tried a lot of gelato. The best gelato I had in all of Italy is Gelateria Vernazza. Gelateria Vernazza is located in the quaint town of Vernazza in Cinque Terre. Vernazza is thought of as the most beautiful of all 5 villages of Cinque Terre. It is small with only one main street down the center of the village. Gelateria Vernazza is located on this main street close to the harbor.

Gelateria Vernazza is known for its unique flavors. Some of the most notable ones include ricotta, fig and cheesecake, Cinque Terre (while chocolate, mascarpone, and organic fruits of the forest), chocolate and pears, and white chocolate and coconut. I had the ricotta, fig, and cheesecake, and the pistachio. Both were so incredible that I went back everyday I was there.

If you are ever in Vernazza, make sure to give this family owned business a visit. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
