Rent a sailboat and sail through the Greek Islands.
One of the best things I have ever experienced while in Greece was when my family and some friends of ours rented a fifty foot sailboat and sailed through the Ionian Islands. You can get any size boat you need and a captain if you do not have your sailing license. It is a different experience from your typical hotel and sightseeing, however it is a fantastic one. Life on the sea is very relaxing and allows you to see so many different places in such a short amount of time. Plus, with your own boat, you can make a schedule that fits your own time. Just make sure to bring extra medication if you are the type of person who gets sea-sick. Otherwise, it is a fun trip and a great time for bonding with friends and family.
