If you know, you know.

Sushi Park LA is just one of those places, located in a parking lot of a strip mall that has become a celebrity hotspot in recent years. After a successful pop-up in Paris back in 2022, now Sushi Park Paris is a permanent restaurant, a long-term collaboration between legendary Chef Peter Park and Saint Laurent Rive Droite’s flagship store on Rue du Juillet. Since Saint Laurent’s creative director Anthony Vaccarello has been a regular at Sushi Park LA for years, this partnership naturally unveiled.

The restaurant’s concept is omakase – a surprise set menu, completely trusting the chef to serve a number of dishes from the freshest ingredients and catches of the day. At Sushi Park Paris, there were a total of 15 nigiris and makis with a finale of red bean and coffee mochi dessert. Throughout the gastronomical journey, the oyster with ponzu sauce, a buttery toro number and crab maki were ultimate highlights.
Dishes were served on glazed golden ceramics by Daeyong Kim, accompanied by the restaurant’s moody, elevated and sleek industrial setting completed with dimmed lighting. For those curious about Sushi Park LA, the Paris location offers a stylish sneak peek.
