Lots of blue and white, easy breezy pieces for style and comfort.

Especially during summertime, packing for Croatia is all about throwing in a few pieces of swimwear and lightweight shirts. But judging from past travelers’ posts, Dubrovnik street style contains shades of blues and whites, to match the glistening sapphire of the Dalmatian coast.

You may be snorkeling or simply tanning on hidden beaches, but Dubrovnik street style is all about the essential summer dresses that also work well for nights of tasting Bosnian cuisine. Or, strolling through ancient small alleys while hiking up ancient steps embedded within old walls. Embroidered, or even a little black dress appear to be top favorites. Even neon swimsuits are sure to make your photos pop.

For men, a cool buttoned-up shirt paired with tailored shorts can easily transport from daytime touring to nightlife bar hopping. Navy is a popular choice for a nice contrast against the beige Medieval limestone forts.

Check out the gallery above for some Dubrovnik street style inspirations, and have fun assembling your own packing list.
