I walked into Boston Harbor Hotel serendipitously, in midst of conducting another interview in Boston.

I was brought to look at all the maps that spread across its embellished walls. These maps are part of a grand collection by Mr. Norman B. Leventhal. I was taken away by the waterfront view, rose pedals that beautifully scattered across its tables for tea time. Next thing I knew, I was introduced to the hotel concierge, then to Heather Joselyn (Director of PR.) Two days later, I was at the same table with Jonathan Crellin (General Manager,) discussing history and details to establishing an urban resort.
BHH, as my friends call it, welcomed me in a way that felt extremely familial. Most importantly, I felt protected within the property. Days before the interview, I was scheduling a time for the meeting. Standing outside of the hotel, a group of people wanted to take photos with me. Not sure why, but it was distracting. Quickly, without hesitation, BHH’s hotel staff immediately kept them at a distance from me so I could focus on business. Apparently, they were Italian soccer players, Roma was playing against Liverpool that day. They wanted to snap photos of and with me, for reasons beyond my comprehension.
From William, who helped me with my bags on the way to South Station, to Nathan at the concierge, who was so excited for my interview with Barbara Lynch, and Heather, their rising PR rockstar, it’s clear why people feel at home at BHH. I know I sure did.
Safe travels,
