Chef Erin O’Donnell of “Squeeze In” offers cool spots in this laidback Lake Tahoe region.

Last week, we let you in on the best omelettes at Squeeze In in Lake Tahoe, California (Check out exclusive Q&A.) Really, how can you say no to the famous Racy Tracys (bacon, avocado, mushrooms and jack cheese), Randi Chandis (loaded with bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms) and Big Bad Johnsons (sausage, olives, bell peppers and a variety of cheeses.)
Executive Chef Erin O’Donnell revamped Squeeze In’s catering menu this year, providing fabulous food for every occasion: baby showers, corporate meetings. So we decided to get the insider mountain tips from Erin, a local who knows best! For your next trip to Lake Tahoe, you’ll know exactly where to find the best apres ski bar or delicious lunch spot on the mountain!
