Philadelphia
The birthplace of liberty, Philadelphia, or the ‘City of Brotherly Love’ as it is known around the nation, is a great place to visit if you’re interested in learning more about American history. With a wide variety of interesting museums to explore and important landmarks to take in such as the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, you’ll never grow bored. For lunch, don’t forget to grab a famous and delicious Philly cheesesteak, the city’s culinary pride and joy. Afterwards you can wander through the one-of-a-kind nonprofit organization Magic Gardens, a maze of mosaic art that takes up three city lots on South Street. As for accommodation, Bella Vista and Fishtown are two great Philadelphia neighborhoods to find a suitable Airbnb or hotel for your trip.
Pittsburgh
Outdoor lovers will definitely want to visit Pittsburgh when in Pennsylvania. With an incredible 165 parks sprinkled across the city, there are many places for a peaceful picnic after a long day of sightseeing. Art aficionados can spend the day walking through the Andy Warhol Museum which houses the creator’s largest collection and archives. There’s also a lively nightlife scene in Pittsburgh with plenty of options for every traveler. Whether you like seeing live plays in beautiful theaters, going out to eat at a restaurant with live music, or dancing your heart out, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. Additionally, Pittsburgh is home to some vibrant casinos on the North shore, which contain all the classic entertaining table games like Blackjack and dozens of slots. One of the most popular is undoubtedly the Gettysburg National Cemetery which is the site of former US president Abraham Lincoln’s famous Gettysburg Address which he gave all the way back in 1863. Gettysburg downtown area is also cute and quaint, filled with small boutiques and family-owned shops that lead up to the square.

Hershey
Maybe you’ve already heard of Hershey, Pennsylvania as it is very famous for being the home of the American chocolate company of the same name which, in 1894, was established by Milton S. Hershey in Derry Township. Hershey’s massive affiliate amusement park venue Hersheypark is also here and consists of over 70 different rides including a water park and areas for live musical performances. People travel from all over the country for a day or two to enjoy all that Hersheypark has to offer.
