Ibiza – the destination known for its super clubs and hard core party scene, but give yourself some extended time on this magnetic island (literally), and you will find it has so much more to offer. Like a cliffside spa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea called La Posidonia at Hacienda Na Xamena. Yes, it’s really there, and it’s amazing. I’d been wanting to visit this romantic get away spot since the first year I visited Ibiza. Finally my wish came true, and I was able to snap the quintessential spa waterfall pic. What makes this spa so special is the Cascadas Suspendidas, a private outdoor thalassotherapy treatment. Consisting of 8 different pools heated at different temperatures, each one provides high pressure hydro jet massages for a different part of your body at each stop. I chose the option to finish my treatment with a lovely meal. We dined outside on the perfectly shaded patio and enjoyed a tranquil lunch after our treatments. I felt invigorated from the inside out! I can honestly say that this was one of my favorite experiences while visiting Ibiza and I hope to return one day soon. I recommend finding your way here to experience the magic for yourself.
