Singapore itinerary 3 days guide gives you important tips for traveling to Singapore. Three days in Singapore is a great time to see the highlights, but you could easily spend more days too.
Singapore is undoubtedly an attractive city-state in Southeast Asia with an area of about 710 km². If you intend to travel and explore the beauty of this land, our tips are worth considering.
Choosing a central area will help you make the most of your time in the city. I recommend looking for a hotel in one of these areas, all of which are suitable for this Singapore itinerary 3 days:
Bugis – Convenient location between Marina Bay and the Kampong Glam and Little India districts!
Orchard Road – An excellent option if you want to be close to shopping centers and embassies!
Marina Bay – Fantastic views, beautiful riverside, close to top Singapore attractions such as Gardens by the Bay, expensive!
Chinatown – Great value hotels near Marina Bay!
Singapore Itinerary 3 Days: What To Pack?
Hiking/ Walking Shoes: I love to hike or take a short walk in new cities, so I recommend you bring a good pair of shoes.
Shorts /Jeans: Since you will walk a lot in your Singapore Itinerary 3 Days, I recommend packing some breathable shorts, as well as some Levi’s jeans.
Camera – You should also pack a good camera for your Singapore Itinerary 3 Days; it will enable you to camera all the beautiful experiences you have on your trip.
A large backpack: You need a large backpack to carry all these things with you.
Singapore Itinerary In 3 Days
Day 1: Marina Bay And Pulau Ubin At Night
Pulau Ubin was once an abandoned granite mine and later became a popular destination for nature and adventure lovers.
I chose a more mundane place, Marina Bay, and its surroundings. The subtlety of the light changes its colors, so the architecture grows, captivating the viewer.
Capture all three landmarks in one shot, Marina Bay, Helix Bridge, and the ArtScience Museum.
In my Singapore Itinerary 3 Days, I walked from the Garden by the Bay entrance, through Marina Bay Sands, over the Helix Bridge, Clarke Quay, to get the splendid view of the cityscape.
You will appreciate Singapore more if you explore the city at night. It was almost noon before I knew it, so I went back to my guesthouse and rested my eyes for the day.
Day 2: Temple, Merlion, and Garden by the Bay!
On my second day, I started in Chinatown. With shopping in Singapore, you can always count on Chinatown. The price is relatively cheaper than elsewhere. I also bought my travel remnant for SGD7 here.
I went to Merlion in the late afternoon. It was almost impossible to get a great photo of Merlion here. Crowds of tourists raved about this place and took the predictable forced perspective photos with the Merlion.
I had to climb to a higher platform, looking up at the sky to photograph it without the crowds.
As my goal in the Singapore Itinerary 3 Days was to go to Garden by the Bay at night and enjoy their sound and light show, I returned to Marina Bay Sands.
The sound and light show starts every day at 7:45 pm. and 8:45 pm daily at Supertree Grove in Garden by the Bay!
The show is free and comprises an immersive experience through the synchronized work of light and sound.
The entire experience was impressive. Impressive electronic music gave me a glimpse of the future of entertainment and light work that no country can match.
Day 3: Eat All The Foods In The World!
As my flight was in the evening today in my Singapore Itinerary 3 Days, I devoted myself entirely to the food that Singapore offers. I had kaya toast and traditional coffee in the morning at Ya Kun Kaya Toast, near the Somerset tube station. It was delicious!
I went to Boon Tong Ke restaurant for delicious imperial chicken, sweet and sour pork in the afternoon and ended my Singapore Itinerary 3 Days with a bowl of bean sprouts.
Finally, Singapore is an excellent stop before venturing to other Southeast Asia countries; so if you like cities, food, and shopping. It’s time to plan your trip to Singapore now that we have all the information we need.
