It’s no surprise that I’m no longer adaptive nor beautifully surprised by any wines I’ve tasted in California. This past weekend, however, I was invited to a few wineries in Santa Ynez Valley. One particular vineyard completely changed my perspective on Californian reds: Stolpman Vineyards.
