How To Eat & Drink Your Way Through Lisbon In Style

Rooftop bars and traditional high-end cuisine!

When I stayed at Dear Lisbon Guesthouses, its Operations Manager Fabia Murta and I really struck up a great rapport. We had planned on grabbing drinks one evening, but she needed to tend to her husband. So Fabia generously left me a list of local addresses, some of Lisbon’s best. I didn’t get a chance to try all of them, but I wanted to share these cool addresses that make Lisbon one of the most delicious capitals in the world!

Bica do Sapato actually means “high heel” in Portuguese. When it opened 10 years ago, it was the most fashionable Mediterranean restaurant in the city. Today, it has sustained its posh and cool vibes with great food. A chic sushi bar with a fantastic wine cellar, this is an IT place to observe sophisticated crowds, and enjoy a river view.
