5 Quintessential Must-Do’s In Paros

Just a few authentic things to do.

Known for its beaches and churches, Paros is a great alternative if you’re looking for something less touristy than Santorini and cruising with your family.

3. DO: Nightlife in Naoussa

Naoussa might just be the prettiest and the busiest part of Paros. There are tons of beautiful shops,  adorable cafes and hidden gem restaurants in this area. Here you can find whitewashed tiny houses, churches, and chapels lining up on stone paved alleys. You’ll see vibrant fishing boats along the port, and some lively bars.

4. EAT: Statheros Meze Place

Serving up delicious small dishes of Middle Eastern appetizers, Statheros is one hidden gem that’s simple with high quality Greek meze, including: moussaka, cod fritters, keftedakia (meatballs). Not to mention, the stuffed vine leaves are divine!

5. SHOP: Little shops in Parikia streets.

This is where the main port in Paros is located, and it’s the cultural and historical center of the island. As Paros’ capital, there are lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops along the waterfront. Get lost, grab a beer, shop around, and people watch! This is a great place to kill time before your ferry!
