How London’s First Cereal Cafe Will Fix Your Cravings

BY TEAM JST

Late night munchies problem solved!

Especially if you’re always craving for a bowl of cereal from the States and there’s no way to fix it whether you’re on a beach in Southeast Asia or heading back to your apartment in Europe after a few drinks.

Travelers and expats in London are in luck! Literally, loaded with Lucky Charms.

Identical twins from Belfast, Alan and Gary Keery are set to open London’s first-ever cereal cafe in East End on December 10th. Their venture, The Cereal Killer Cafe, raised £1,015 (approx. USD $1,625) of their £60,000 goal (USD $96,000) on Indiegogo. The twins have personally invested £20,000 (USD $32,000) as the project garnered more investors along the way.

The Cereal Killer Cafe sets itself apart from previous cereal-themed eateries (check out U.S. chain: Cereality) with its main selling point: offering more than 100 varieties of cereal from Australia, France, South Africa, South Korea, and of course, the U.S..

Breakfast is served all day! If tasting 18 types of Pop-Tarts doesn’t float your boat, maybe mash-up cereals will do the job. Craving for almond milk? No problem! Your choice of cereal can come with one of 12 different kinds of milk. Did we mention the option of 20 toppings, including marshmallows! If you’re a traditionalist, they have toast and coffee on the menu too. Um…boring!

Interior of the cafe will be adorned with two floors of cereal memorabilia, just in case you forgot how cool theme restaurants can be these days.
