Good food and choice dining options abound the entire hotel. Hung Tong is the hotel’s contemporary Cantonese restaurant where guests are treated to a rich and elevated experience of local cuisine. The menu offers exciting reimagined Cantonese dishes, like: maple syrup-glazed char siu, fried prawn in salted egg yolk with mango and lime, grilled eel and osmanthus honey sauce, and stir-fried lobster with truffle and pepper sauce. Looking for something fast and casual but still tasty? Kerry Hotel has its very own street food hall on the lobby level. Dockyard is an urban food hub where diners can explore a diverse range of food stalls serving noodles, curries, dim sum, bentos, sizzling beef plates, and more. The airy space is laid out like a hip dining hall with plenty of communal tables, a large bar, and outdoor seating with harbor views. Considering many five-star hotels only offer higher-end fine dining outlets on property, Dockyard is a truly one-of-a-kind perk for hotel guests and the general public.
