In my opinion, Thai women are some of the most beautiful people in the world. But when we invited 5 gorgeous women to feature in our video, as you’ll see, they also encountered criticisms and therefore faltered to victims of insecurities. As we all do.
DJs Satika “Mendy” Rapimsamrong and Siri “Lom” Sopahk, along with Dolly Mirpuri (fashion designer), “Mori “Ing” Kamolvutana (artist) and Nioratra “Proud” Benyasri (PR specialist) now all live in Bangkok. When we asked these women the standards of beauty according to Thai culture, you surprise yourself by relating to some of the criticisms they’ve received based on physical appearances. At the end of the day, aren’t we all judged by whether we’re fat, dark, short or not?
