From delicious brunch to playing blackjack, there’s something for everyone at Monte Carlo; a simple walk along the bay is seemingly glittered with luxury. For race car lovers, the obvious choice is to experience the world famous Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix in May. If the timing just isn’t right, or perhaps you prefer to be in the driver’s seat yourself, why not hire a supercar for the day? Take your pick of a Lamborghini or Ferrari, then cruise down the coast of the French Riviera and admire beautiful villages and stunning views along the way. Gaze across the old port from the 18th century Fort Antoine or bear witness to the daily event of the changing of the Monégasque guard outside Place du Paris.

Wander through the streets of Monte Carlo and you’ll discover two of Monaco’s seven spectacular gardens to explore. From the rose bushes of the Casino de Monte Carlo gardens to the cacti (7,000 different species, in fact!) of the Jardin Exotique; a serene walk through either garden will make your trip complete! And don’t forget to bask in the Monaco sun on the pebbly Larvotto Beach, one of Monaco’s most popular beaches. If sea life is your thing, then head over to Musée Océanographique for spectacular aquariums and exhibits, which is also the home of the Mediterranean Science Commission.

The casino scene in Monte Carlo is vastly different compared to the flashing lights of Las Vegas – think Bond, James Bond. In fact, Casino de Monte Carlo was featured at the beginning of GoldenEye. To arrive in style à la Brosnan drive down Boulevard Princesse Charlotte, on to Avenue Saint Michel, then turn right and head towards the casino. Hop out of your Aston and hope that the valet is waiting with your Martini in hand! Built in 1863 as a moneymaking venture by the Grimaldi family, the casino scene in Monte Carlo is now one of the most well known in the world. The casino is accessible to anyone over the age of 18 and features an air of luxury and exclusivity. The Casino de Monte Carlo has inspired modern online gaming, helping to bring the class of Principality into your home through online casino games inspired by its luxurious namesake..

So, what are you waiting for? But don’t just take my word for it, book yourself a ticket and see for yourself how class personified feels like at Monte-Carlo and immerse yourself in its beautiful culture. Oh, and don’t forget to brush up on your French: la langue français ajoute à la sophistication de Monte-Carlo!
