Apple’s CEO has no other choice.
The rich and famous may choose to fly private, but for Tim Cook, he has no other choice.
In other companies, CEOs and senior executives may be judged for flying private, but Apple’s board of directors have asked its CEO to fly private even for personal travels. According to its statement which took effect this year, it indicates:
“…In the interests of security and efficiency based on our global profile and the highly visible nature of Mr. Cook’s role as CEO.”
According to Business Insider, Tim Cook isn’t the only Apple CEO who has flown private. The American technology company also gave Steve Jobs a private plane in 2000.
