If you’ve got $1,700 to spare.
If you’re planning a trip to Scotland and you’re also a fan of the royals, then it might interest you to know that spending a night with a Middleton is a possibility.
It’s not Kate or Pippa, but James, the Duchess of Cambridge’s brother is playing the role of a guide at Pippa’s father-in-law’s Scotland hotel: Glen Affric Estate. Located in the Scottish Highlands and 15 miles west of Loch Ness, the estate was first built during 1860’s.
Guests can rent out the entire estate where they can go fishing, hunting, and hiking. On the website, it says the estate is
“particularly suitable [for] family reunions, filmmaking, fashion shoots and in particular, corporate gatherings where privacy, security and discretion are considerations.”
For $1,700/night, James can be the estate’s tour guide. As Daily Mail reported, this may come after his marshmallow company hit a loss of almost $4 million. It also shows some photos of the Middletons’ brother spending time at the property, alongside guests at the estate.
All jobs have worth, including James Middleton's new gig as a host at his brother-in-law's hotel where people will presumably want to meet him because his other sister married a prince. I couldn't do it, I don't even have a sister. Godspeed James, just elbows off the table please pic.twitter.com/UheMMm9uyV
