Clayton Echard’s season of “The Bachelor” has shown off some pretty amazing filming locations around the world…finally!

Season 26 of “The Bachelor” first aired on January 3, 2022. Since the filming began in 2021, bachelor Clayton Echard has traveled around the globe with possible future fiancées. As opposed to previous seasons that were confined to hotels in Palm Springs, New Mexico and Pennsylvania due to COVID-19, this season was able to start back in the famous Bachelor Mansion in California’s Agoura Hills, followed by numerous destinations, such as Austria and Croatia. Here’s your guide to the amazing filming locations in Clayton’s season so far.
Houston & Galveston, TX

After filming in the Bachelor Mansion, Clayton, along with top 15 contestants and the crew traveled to Houston and Galveston, Texas. Here, a one-on-one date took place at the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, and a group date at NRG Stadium in Houston, home of the Texans football team. The Galveston Pleasure Pier is a great place to visit if you are in the area. It is the perfect place for families, and sports different activities, including amusement rides, dining, and shopping.
Clayton and the female contestants stayed in Houston at the C. Baldwin Curio Collection by Hilton.
Toronto, Canada

The next stop was Toronto, Canada where Clayton and the top 12 contestants visited The Distillery Historic District – a residential area with many shopping stops, entertainment and dining options.
Another famous location the cast visited was the iconic Niagara Falls where they stopped at Queen Victoria Park then went on a Maid of the Mist boat ride. The boat stopped at the Dufferin Islands: a beautiful and secluded nature-filled destination located by the falls.
Hvar, Croatia

At Hvar, Croatia the cast and crew stayed at the four-star Amfora Hvar Grand Beach Resort.
Hvar is not only an incredible island for jetsetters and party-goers, it also boasts a rich history as a significant naval base for trade on the Adriatic Sea during Medieval period.
Today, travelers can participate in activities ranging from bike and wine tasting tours, island hopping, skydiving, kayaking, jeep safaris, walking tours, to windsurfing.
Vienna, Austria

In Vienna, Clayton went on a one-on-one date with Serene Russell at the famous Hofburg Palace, former principal imperial palace of the Habsburg dynasty. This historic building is one of the largest palaces in the world and features various architectural styles.
Vienna is a popular travel location where one can visit St. Stephen’s Cathedral, see a show at the Vienna State Opera, immerse in Austrian culture at one of the many musically-infused museums, the Belvedere Palace or the Schönbrunn Palace.
Virginia Beach, VA

After Vienna, The Bachelor headed back to the U.S. for hometown episodes that started in Virginia Beach, Virginia with fan-favorite contestant: Susie Evans.
This popular city in Virginia is a great getaway during the warm months of summer. While the beach is definitely one of the top attractions, the Virginia Beach Boardwalk is a great spot for food, entertainment, shops, and more. Stroll through ViBe Creative District to view all types of colorful art. Don’t forget to visit First Landing State Park for a tranquil hike among nature.
Orlando, FL

Orlando was the location for another hometown date, this time with Rachel Recchia, the pilot. When in the land of theme parks, it is necessary to visit either Universal Studios or Walt Disney World. A trip to one of these places may take more than one day of your vacation, but another destination to check out is the Kennedy Space Center. Located approximately an hour from Orlando in Merritt Island, this legendary field center makes for an awesome activity.
See the alligators of Gatorland, shop and dine at Disney Springs, or swim with dolphins in Discovery Cove.
Oklahoma City, OK

While Clayton and Serene faced an obstacle course and bungee jumping during their hometown date, you can visit the Bricktown Entertainment District for the hub of all-things-entertainment in Oklahoma City. Avoid the hustle bustle by taking a walk in Scissortail Park.
Get in touch with the southwestern spirit of OKC at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. To learn about significant events in the city’s past, visit the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum.
Denver, CO

One of the most emotional hometowns that Clayton experienced was with Gabby Windey in Denver, another city filled with activities and attractions to keep you busy while having fun your entire stay.
Explore Larimer Square and/or Denver Union Station for fantastic shopping and eating opportunities. See a live event or hike at the Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre. Sulk in serenity at the Denver Botanic Gardens.
The last destination this season of The Bachelor was filmed in Iceland. There are not too many details as to where, but we know this is where fantasy suites will take place and, hopefully, a proposal.
