A List Of The Most Iconic Bachelor Finale Locations

Bachelor Nation, we’ve been to some exciting places over the last few years!

There’s no doubt that the beautiful sceneries make the moments on the show so much more romantic and memorable. We’re breaking down some of the most iconic finale locations in The Bachelor and The Bachelorette!

Fiji

We’re kicking it off with a finale that’s hard to forget, not only because the couple lasted for years after but because of the gorgeous backdrop. Ashley Hebert closed her season of The Bachelorette by picking J.P. Rosenbaum at the luxury Fiji resort, Vomo.

Vomo Island is known for its stunning, clear sea and soft white shores. It’s no wonder Fiji’s beauty kicked off their relationship.

New Zealand

Did Jason Mesnick propose to the wrong girl in New Zealand? Yes. But at least we got to peek at one of the best finale destinations! In season 13, Jason ended up proposing to Melissa, instead of his current wife, Molly, and he did so with the picturesque scenery of New Zealand behind him.

The show featured a luxury resort in front of the Southern Alps as the setting for all of the tension. Though the relationship didn’t work out, this is still a bucket-list Bachelor location!

Antigua

This stunning spot served as the backdrop for season 9 of The Bachelorette. In the Caribbean, Antigua is known for its incredible beaches and vibrant landscape.

Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried took their relationship to the next level in Antigua, and the two are still together! Talk about a romantic destination.

Switzerland

Ben Flajnik’s season finale is definitely one that stands out, especially due to the gorgeous location where his very last rose took place. He proposed to Courtney Robertson, who many fans saw as the season’s “villain.”

Switzerland was a perfect spot for the unforgettable episode. The couple got to take in the jaw-dropping mountains from the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, a five-star accommodation with a spa, a pool, and a perfect view.

Thailand

The destination promises breathtaking views and hours of relaxation. If you want a magical love story like that of Sean and Catherine, it might be time to book a trip to Southeast Asia!

Hawaii

Hawaii is an ideal holiday destination, so of course we had to include the time it was featured in the show as the stunning backdrop to season 5 of The Bachelorette. Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski’s engagement was accompanied by the idyllic setting, even if the couple didn’t last very long.

This is definitely a must-see location for so many couples across the globe, and if you’re a fan of the franchise, there might be no better spot to live out your dream romance!

South Africa

Brad Womack’s season finished off in South Africa, where he proposed to Emily Maynard. The pair definitely experienced their share of ups and downs afterwards. Though they eventually called it quits, the scenery in the finale in South Africa still lives in our minds!

The beautiful backdrop of Cape Town took center stage in the final episode of season 15, when Womack got down on one knee at Ernie Els Wine Estate.

Jamaica

Who can forget Ben Higgins’ season of The Bachelor, in which he proposed to frontrunner Lauren Bushnell in Jamaica? He was in love with both of the final women, but he ultimately chose to propose to Bushnell at Rio Chico by Sandals Resorts.

Sandals Resorts played a huge role in the magical ending to the season, even if Ben and Lauren didn’t last. If you’re looking for a beautiful love story, consider heading to Jamaica for a Bachelor-style adventure.

Which one is your favorite, Bachelor Nation?
