Eve Bar Covent Garden: An Underground Cocktail Experience

Where temptation starts below.

Hidden beneath Frog by Adam Handling, Eve Bar is an immersive cocktail destination where sustainability, storytelling, and striking design collide. Bold, atmospheric, and unapologetically indulgent, Eve Bar redefines what a modern bar experience can be—without compromising on responsibility.

This is Michelin-starred chef Adam Handling’s first stand-alone bar – an extension to his highly-acclaimed and sophisticated restaurant Frog. Focused on maximizing sustainability, Eve depicts the final stage of repurposing ingredients that cannot be utilized in Frog’s multi-course dishes and snacks.

Eve Bar’s menu is a celebration of resourcefulness. Spirits, mixers, and garnishes are crafted in-house wherever possible, allowing the team to control quality while reducing environmental impact.

The Gooseberry, is a refreshing take on Last Word – a gin-based favorite rooted in Detroit Athletic Club right before the Prohibition era. Eve’s concoction incorporates several in-house creations, including: Eve Lab Gooseberry liqueur and Eve Lab Chartreuse.

Don’t miss the Apricot – an English take on a rejuvenating Spritz, with Apricot infused Tarquin’s Gin, London Essence orange & fig, Elderflower English sparkling wine, and Sahara spirit. Or the Wasabi, a multicultural Paloma all about layering flavors just as delectably as blending cultural influences.
