Headed by chef Louis Anjos who incorporates Lagos’ natural resources into his saporous and seasonal menus. Make sure to indulge in the chef’s inventive take on the region’s vibrant seafood: oysters, razor clams, scarlet shrimp, spider crab and clams collected from the Algarve coast. Tasting menus range from 8-moment (€60,) 10-moment (€90) and 12-moment (€110.) Opting for wine pairing adds another €35 to €60.
