Kim Kardashian Remembers North’s Baptism In Jerusalem

Back in April, Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West baptized their daughter North at Saint James Cathedral in Jerusalem’s Old City.

I don't remember posting these pics of us in Jerusalem. This was where Mary took Jesus to wash him off after he died on the cross

This weekend, Kardashian posted a slew of photos taking fans back to her trip, remembering the sacred ceremony.

The Armenian church is situated in the Armenian Quarter of Jerusalem, near the quarter’s entry gate. The 12th-century cathedral is dedicated to two Christian saints: James the Greater (one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus) and James the Just.

After the baptism, the West family visited the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in the Old City’s Christian Quarter, where Jesus is said to have been buried and resurrected. Afterwards, they dined with Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat at Mona Restaurant.

At the time, the famous couple arrived to Israel’s International airport in a private jet for a two-day visit. They arrived at The Holy Land during an extremely high-profile trip to Armenia where both Kim and her sister Khloe Kardashian traced their ancestral roots. Kanye also gave a surprised performance in Armenia’s capital, Yerevan, during the same trip
