Voted by Time Out Paris as the best bar in 10th arrondissement, co-Founder Victor Gregoire (Above photo: right, below photo: left) started this popular joint in a district now known by locals as the center of bobo (bohemian bourgeois) defining a socio-style characterized by a younger generation of local French prepped in sleek urban wear. Folks who you’ll meet at L’Ours are unpretentious, drawn by an intimate hotspot where drinks are delivered with epic service.
Adorned by cozy wallpapers with printed bears and a charismatic staff, L’Ours makes any long day at work much bearable whether you opt for a chilled pint of beer or a glass of French wine. As a local entrepreneur who knows where to go for a cool and tasty bite, we had to ask Victor for his top five favorite neighborhood bistros.
