The 360° view of Paris is an immaculate pair to any signature cocktails from the innovative menu. Art fanatics can also relish on “The Seeing City” installation designed by artist Ólafur Eliasson, a renowned expert of materials and light. The immersive installation transforms bay windows into a machine to amplify perception. Mirror ceiling, kaleidoscopic boxes bordering the façade and opening onto the sky metamorphose according to the seasons, light and weather conditions to offer a heightened creative experience at this trendy hotspot.

Located on the 5th floor of Musée du Quai Branly, restaurant Les Ombres offers a classy terrace open in the summer months with white linen tablecloths and an abundance of tropical plants. The restaurant’s name, translating to “the shadows,” refers to shade the Eiffel Tower casts on the terrace due to its proximity. Large windows provide magnificent views of the city day and night, creating the ideal setting for a romantic meal.
