My name is Brock Wells; I’m 27 years old and the co-owner of BLAAX Watches. I was born in a small country town in South Australia where I was studying hospitality. Once I reached the legal age of 18 in Australia, I moved to the city of Adelaide. I then worked at the world-famous Adelaide Convention Centre developing my skills in all areas of hospitality.

After my time at the Adelaide Convention Centre and understanding that you can travel with this career, I wanted to see more of Australia. From there I moved and worked on Australia’s number one resort, Hayman Island, which is located on the Whitsunday Islands. I was very lucky to have the best job on Hayman, flipping cocktails and looking over the amazing views of the Great Barrier Reef. After the summer on the island, I moved to the other side of Australia and began working in the spectacular wineries of Western Australia. Dealing with very high-end clients and celebrities such as Michael Bublé, we needed to dress correct, and this is where my passion for watches began.

After my time in the west and with a very nice watch collection, I moved back home to Adelaide and began to draft the business concept of BLAAX with my current business partner Chayce Fox. Now, a few years on, BLAAX has stores in several countries around the world, a tremendous worldwide following and a customer base that we are truly grateful for.
