This is a sky pool of a very luxuriously kind.
The pool will be 25 meters by 5 meters and 3 meters deep. Embassy Gardens is a 2,000-home complex with 2,000 homes having access to the sky pool.
The concept belongs to Ballymore Group CEO Sean Mulryan, who explained:
My vision for the Sky Pool stemmed from a desire to push the boundaries in the capability of construction and engineering. I wanted to do something that had never been done before. The Sky Pool’s transparent structure is the result of significant advancements in technologies over the last decade. The experience of the pool will be truly unique; it will feel like floating through the air in central London.
In 2012, the first phase of the homes went on the market and it’s been completely sold out. The second phase of the homes will be released to the market in September with pricing starting at £602,000 ($940,279).
