Where Did Beyoncé Travel To Shoot Her New Sexy Videos?

beyonce new album

This week Beyonce shocked her fans by releasing her fifth solo studio album now available worldwide, exclusively on iTunesBEYONCÉ is infused with 14 new songs and 17 visually stunning, provocative videos shot around the world from Houston to New York City to Paris, and Sydney to Rio de Janeiro, all before the album’s release.

As one of the greatest entertainers in the world, Bey has always been known for her visual presence. For the new videos, some of which she co-directed, she preferred to work with a more care-free formula.  Shot primarily during her successful “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour,” the videos were veiled in secrecy, even though they were filmed in open places. Locations included a beach in Brazil, the streets of NYC, on the famed Cyclone Rollercoaster in Coney Island, New York, downtown Los Angeles, a chateau in Paris, a roller skating rink in Houston, Texas where she skated as a child, and a beautiful church in South America.  She mixed up the creative, going for big and small and set out on shoots eager to capture the spontaneity and honesty in every moment.

The videos are visually stimulating, charged with visionary cinematography and clever storytelling. They capture every side of who she is, complete with vulnerability and imperfections. Here are the hotspots where Beyonce filmed all over the world:

Drunk in Love: Miami, Florida

Jay Z flew down to meet up with his Queen Bey for the shoot of this video. The couple sizzles on Miami Beach while fans took pictures with them after the shoot.

Pretty Hurts: Brooklyn, New York

Now the actual video was shot at the Bishoup Loughlin Memorial High School in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood. The pageant scene was filmed in the school auditorium over two nights. But the video actually portrays Beyonce as a beauty queen in Third Ward, Houston, addicted to diet pills.

XO: Coney Island, New York

Queen Bey got all her real-life friends together to shoot this video in the famous Coney Island fairground. Coney Island has never looked so fun and glam, all in one.

No Angel: Melbourne, Australia

In Sydney, it’s been reported that this video was shot from the inner Melbourne suburb of Brunswick. Draped in white fur and leotard that makes everyone go “meow,” Bey still rocks it in the ‘burbs!

Blow: Houston, Texas

Roller City USA featured in this vid is a funplex in Houston, also Beyonce’s hometown. Wish we could roll back to the 70s now!

Blue: Trancosco, Brazil

Brazil is already one of the sexiest places in the word, only Beyonce can make it even sexier, especially with Blue Ivy in hand!

Heaven: Oakland, New Jersey

A song dedicated to a lost loved one, Beyonce filmed this video after she wrapped the South American leg of her “Mrs. Carter” world tour.

Partition: Paris, France

During their downtime this summer, Jay Z and Bey spent some time in Paris, where she filmed scenes from the famous strip club Crazy Horse Paris.

Haunted and Superpower: Los Angeles, California

After New Zealand and Australia leg of her world tour, Beyonce headed back to LA to film these both videos, where films would spot her in costume stepping outside after shoots. Sneaky, sneaky!

Jealous: New York City, New York

The video was shot close to the launch of the visual album, Bey strutted down the streets of NYC in a gorgeous Burberry trench. #Covet
