Tickets On Sale Now! Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and 28 Nobu Chefs to Create A “Omakase Tasting Menu”

Nobu Matsuhisa and 28 of his executive and sushi chefs from across the country will gather at Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace Restaurant and Lounge  on Wednesday, Oct. 9 for Nobu United – A Culinary Celebration. Chefs representing Nobu Malibu, Nobu San Diego, Nobu Los Angeles, Nobu Dallas, Nobu Miami, Nobu New York, Nobu Next Door, Nobu Fifty Seven, Nobu Lanai, Nobu Waikiki, Nobu Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nobu Hard Rock Las Vegas, Matsuhisa Vail and Matsuhisa Aspen, will collaborate to showcase the pinnacle of Nobu cuisine with dishes that will only be served at this special one-night culinary affair. The highly anticipated affair, hosted by Chef Nobu, will feature a cocktail party and exceptional seven-course Omakase tasting menu, with a portion of the evening’s proceeds benefitting Keep Memory Alive.

Nobu United will commence at 5:30 p.m. with passed canapes and cocktails, followed by a seated seven-course Omakase tasting menu, priced at $195 per person. The tasting menu will also be offered at 9:30 p.m., which excludes the canapes and cocktails, priced at $170 per person. A wine and sake beverage pairing is also available for an additional $80 per person. Prices do not include tax or gratuity; space is extremely limited.

Maguro with aji Amarillo ponzu (Nobu San Diego)
Salmon and Ikura with yuzu jalapeno miso (Nobu Miami)
Wagyu beef with Hana wasabi (Matsuhisa Vail)
Fig dumpling with yuzu and kuromitsu (Nobu Dallas)
Duck breast with Okinawan potato and kochujang miso (Nobu Waikiki)
Fish tacos (Nobu Los Angeles)
Suzuki umami-jime with crispy nori (Matsuhisa Vail)

First Course
Umami wasabi gelee with uni, nama yuba and caviar.

Second Course
Peruvian oyster shooter alongside lobster with yuzu, tofu and truffle, and paired with fluke chimichurri and toro with shiitake dressing, turnip and micro greens.

Third Course
Scallop baked in the shell with smoked tomato and soy salt.

Fourth Course
Slow-cooked Wagyu rump accompanied by matsutake and Douglas fir miso, king trumpet ‘bone marrow’ with chestnuts and autumn flavors.

Soup Course
Miso consomme with lobster dumpling, Nobu Kanso yuba, mistuba, yuzu and ginnan

Sushi Course
Salt-cured tuna, lemon-cured salmon with truffle, ika with karasumi and a Special Big Roll.

Aki Tart and Sable Kabocha Pear Pecan with special treats to take home.
